I proved my strategic thinking and creative skills by brainstorming and writing hundreds of film ideas over my 20+ year career.

I created their USP, PR assets, pitch deck, website IA and copy.

Global launch strategy for Commerzbank's new fintech startup.

 

Solution:

I interviewed one of the founders, wrote a project briefing, devised a smart USP that utilised Commerzbank's heritage, created website IA, wrote all copy, and managed smooth rollout.

Successful launch within 2 weeks that exceeded client expectations.

Challenge:

Launch e-scooters in 3 crowded DACH markets. 

 

Solution:

I wrote dozens of headlines for various German cities that spoke to their locals' mindset.

 

Result:

OOH Campaign that drove adoption, helped Lime launch successfully, and generated media hits in German newspapers and blogs.

Go-To-Market for Bike Startup

Challenge:

Create full go-to-market for pre-launch e-bike startup.

 

Solution:

In under 3 weeks, I interviewed all 4 founders, analysed global markets, identified business opportunities, created strategy, USP, PR, Kickstarter, website IA & copy, and orchestrated rollout.

 

Result:

After 6 months, successful launch in 13 countries incl. USA & Germany, 401% Kickstarter funding, 250+ international PR hits, 50+ B2B requests, secured 8 deals, and raised €9 million funding. After 2 years, COBI was acquired by BOSCH and integrated into their e-bike line, with all founders and staff retained.
